Cavatelli con Pomodorini e Salsiccia

Ingredients for 5 people:

500 g Pasta Cavatelli
500 g Italian Sausage
300 g Cherry Tomatoes
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
5 pcs Hot Chili
100 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Grated Grana Padano Cheese



Procedure:

Start by cooking the Cavatelli pasta in boiling salted water. It will take 8 minutes to become "al dente". So, while it is cooking, prepare the sauce as follows…

Fry the sausage, chopped garlic and chili in the olive oil for a few minutes.
Then add the cherry tomatoes.
Taste for salt and cook for a further 10 minutes.

Cook the Cavatelli in boiling salted water and, when al dente (8 minutes), drain and add to the sauce.

Sprinkle with grated Grana Padano Cheese.
