About Massimo

Massimo Sacco, was born in the Baroque Town of Lecce, the most south-easterly city in Italy, home to light, genuine Mediterranean Cuisine.

Massimo studied the Culinary Arts with great success at a Hotel School in Italy graduating with honours. Massimo has perfected the art of Italian cooking while also bringing centuries old recipes from his home in the south of Italy. These dishes feature the finest imported ingredients lovingly prepared and creatively presented.

For over 11 years in Bali Massimo has excited the taste buds of every one that he has served. Before that Massimo was cooking for his customers on The Isle of Man, London, Frankfurt and also on board an international Cruise Liner.
