Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino

500 g Pasta Cavatelli
200 g Borlotti Beans - precooked
500 g New Zealand Mussels
250 ml Dry White Wine
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
3 pcs Hot Chillies
100 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parsley
Salt


Procedure:

Start by cooking the Cavatelli pasta in boiling salted water. It will take 8 minutes to become "al dente". So, while it is cooking, prepare the sauce as follows.

Fry the garlic in the extra virgin olive oil until it turns golden. Next add the chillies, the New Zealand Mussels and the dry white wine. Cover the pan and steam for about 5 minutes till all the mussels are open.
Add the precooked Borlotti Beans and cook for additional 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Taste for salt.

When the pasta has boiled for 8 minutes, drain it and add it to the sauce.
